1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@yuktiaira.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Return Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Kanakashri Fashion
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment not received or transaction declined.
- Incomplete or invalid delivery address.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected.
In such cases, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the same account used for payment.
- For COD orders, no refund is required since payment was not made.
4. Important Notes
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- In case of multiple items in an order, partial cancellation may be possible — please contact our support team.
- All cancellations are subject to our verification and approval.
