Every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we’re happy to help with an exchange or refund as per the policy below.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery due to digital photography or fabric nature.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product.

Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Once approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions.
Please note: Customers may need to bear return courier costs unless the issue is due to our error.
4. Refund Policy
After the returned item passes quality inspection:

Prepaid orders: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days).

COD orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.
Refunds will not include original shipping charges (if any), unless the product was faulty or wrongly delivered.
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange:

We can replace the same product (if available in stock), or

You can choose another product of equal value.
If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing us at support@yuktiaira.in.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can follow the return process after delivery.

All garments are made with care and craftsmanship.
We recommend following the washing and care instructions provided to maintain product quality.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or washing.
