At Kanakashri Fashion, we aim to ensure your favorite outfits reach you safely and on time.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over India, covering major cities, towns, and postal codes through our trusted courier partners.
If your area is not serviceable, our team will notify you after you place your order.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 8–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most orders across India.
  • For some areas or low-value orders, a small shipping charge may apply (displayed at checkout before payment).
  • International shipping (if offered in the future) will include additional charges based on destination and weight.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a:

  • Tracking ID and
  • Courier partner link via email or SMS.

You can use this link to track your package’s live delivery status anytime.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the package is undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, you may need to pay re-shipping charges to resend your order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care in packaging.
However, if your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 support@yuktiaira.in with clear photos and your order details.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund, as applicable.


9. Incorrect Address or Non-Availability

Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details (full address, pin code, and contact number).
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient not available during delivery

10. International Orders (Future)

Currently, we deliver only within India.
We may expand to international shipping soon — updates will be posted on our website when available.
